Your date is secure! I’m excited to work with you, and although we are in a bit of a holding pattern, I want you to  know that you can reach out to me at any time. I’ll be sending automated email reminders to let you know when you have an invoice due, along with a questionnaire to fill out when you are ready to add the details of your wedding day.

In the meantime, you’ll find information about my Connection Sessions and your Handbook for Nearlyweds below with lots of useful tips to help you with your planning. Be sure to make your session reservation soon so you have your photos in time for Save the Dates and other wedding details.

You can make payments at any time and in any amount. My system will send out handy automated reminders when payments are due, based on the payment method chosen when booking.

If you would like to make changes to your currently booked coverage options, including adding time or an extra album I will work with you to accommodate your requests. I am usually booked throughout the summer months so rescheduling can be challenging, yet you can rest assured I will do the very best I can to find a date that works for you.

All of your high resolution, print-ready photographs are hosted for 12 months, with an option to extend for a small annual fee.

Please download all of your photographs when you receive them and keep them in a safe place – preferably cloud based – so that you have a personal backup of every one.

Of course, you’ll want to share your gallery link with friends and family and on your social media accounts, so I won’t put any watermarks on your photographs to keep them pristine. I am always grateful when people tag me @louisemayphoto or louisem.co.uk, as others may want to find me when they see your pictures.

Adventure Connection Sessions included with your package are scheduled Mondays to Thursdays, and within one hour of EX16. They usually run from1.5 to 2 hours and are best when they begin an hour or so before sunset when the light is at it’s best and there are limited crowds.

Your photos are usually delivered within 2 weeks and you can download the full set of high resolution photos, share the gallery with friends and family, or curate your gallery by showing only the photos you want everybody to see. You can also order high-quality prints and beautiful Save The Date cards.
